What We Do

 We realize that probate and estate planning involves many sensitive issues.  We work to guide you through this difficult process as quickly as possible.  We can assist in resolving issues, as well as disputes.

We specialize in estate planning and probate administration and can advise on and prepare wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, patient advocate designations, quit claim deeds, and other estate planning documents.  If you need representation in probate court, we can represent you in guardianship, decedent estates, and living trust contests.  We also handle Medicaid and Veterans Benefit qualification matters as well as nursing home and other long term care issues.
